What is nucleus?

A nucleus is the control part, of an mom surrounded bv electrons. It bears a positive charge which is balanced by electrons around it. It contains protons and neutrons. Each of these particles has unit mass, therefore, mass of the nucleus is equal to the total number of protons and neutrons.
